本日オープンの本通り店ですがあまり聞いたことない店名なのに調べてみたら八丁堀店もすでに存在していて『和民』の店を次々に『ミライザカ』に業態変更している模様。
オープン初日で他の店からも応援が来ているのか店員さんが多く声が出ていて活気があります。
1人で禁煙と伝えるとカウンター席にご案内。
大きな紙に印刷されたメニューもありますが、基本的に注文はタブレット端末を使います。口頭注文もOKです。
ミライザカ名物はなんといっても
清流若どり 「モモ一本グローブ焼き」と「モモ一本グローブ揚げ」
よーく比べてガーリックソースに惹かれて「モモ一本グローブ焼き ガーリック」にしました。

熱々鉄板の上にのせて提供。
すぐにお店の方がハサミでカットしてくれます。切った後の状態が“グローブ焼き”です。ガーリックソースをかけていただきます。
鶏モモ肉一枚焼きは肉厚で食べ応えもバッチリ。
ただ「モモ一本グローブ焼き」を食べたらなおさら「モモ一本グローブ揚げ」も食べたくなりました。
