平日のお店に伺いました。
開店前ですが既にお店の前には行列が、、、
先客ご8名で9番目に並ぶ。
11時半の開店と同時にお店が空き自販機で食券を購入。現金のみの支払いです。
今回は台湾酢豚&ミニ麻婆豆腐セット９１０円を注文。
席はカウンターの８席が埋まり壁に向かったテーブル1人席に案内されました。
食券を渡し料理を待ちます。
注文は麻婆豆腐大盛かホルモン入り麻婆豆腐大盛の注文が多いみたいで酢豚のセットの人はいない様でやはり麻婆豆腐が人気の様です。
入店の順番にカウンターから時計の反対周りに座っていきます。
カウンター８席とテーブル５席の１３席で満席。
以降の並んでいる人はひと回りするまで店前で順番待ちです。
開店前の１３名迄は開店と同時に入店出来る様です。
ランチタイムサービスはサラダ付でライスおかわり自由でご飯のおかわりの方もチラホラおられます。
注文を受けてからの調理で席順番にどんどん料理が出来て来ます。
いつも通りとても美味しくいただきました。
