この日は広島市平和公園見学して車を駐車場に置いてあったので広島市に来たから広島焼と思って広島駅の方に行ってまして、入り口近くにお好み焼き屋さんが有ったので入りました。
2階に上がって行くと奥の方にテーブルが並んでいて空いていたので何処でもって感じだったので真ん中近くに座りました。
入り口側が厨房になってました。
そして広島焼きのデラックスを頼みます。
作り置きって結構投稿あったけど私らが行った時には作り置きじゃ無くて結構時間かかってから持ってきました。
大阪の様に鉄板じゃ無しに大きいままお皿で提供するんやねーって感じで頂きました。
麺は細い麺でトッピングは上に載せてるって感じです。
味的には初めてなんでこんなものかと言う感じて頂きました。
