じぞう通りにある串揚げのお店で「２０１８ ミシュランガイド 広島 愛媛 特別版」 に掲載さているお店です。
お店に入りカウンターに座りました。
注文したのは「十二ヶ月コース」￥3,500です。
内容は「小鉢・サラダ・お刺身・串揚げ12本・口休め・食事・デザート」
「小鉢」と「野菜スティック」が出され、いつものように「生ビール」から。
次に出されたのは「お刺身」です、マグロとカンパチでしたがマグロは中トロ部分でカンパチは鮮度よくてどちらもおいしかったです。
ここで「白ワイン」をグラスでもらいましたがこれがとても美味しかったです。
要するに自分の好みの味でした。
ここから串揚げがはじまります。
食べる様子を見ながらそれに合わせて１本ずつ丁寧に揚げてくれます。
テーブルの上に「塩・辛子・ソース・ポン酢」が用意されているのでそれを使って好みの味で食べます。
串揚げは全体的にしっかりとした味がついています、１本ずつどのように食べるか説明してくれます。
白ワインを飲み干して今度は「赤ワイン」を飲むことにしました。
串揚げの途中で「口休め」のところ天が出されて残り２品となりました。
最後までおいしく食べ最後にデザートのぶどうとシャーベットが出されました。
落ち着いてゆっくりと串揚げを楽しめるお店でした。
