土曜日の12：30。紙屋町地下街シャレオの旧市民球場への出口あたり。
「羽前そば道場 極」
山形そばの店。
ココには、3000円呑み食べ放題メニューがあるので夜は何度も来たことがあるけど、昼は初めて。
呑み食べ放題メニューは蕎麦屋だけど、揚げ物中心のメニュー。
最後に冷たい蕎麦（ミニ）を食べたような食べなかったような、すべてはビールの泡の中。
今日は、蕎麦呑みじゃなくて蕎麦のみ。
しかし、このパソコン。「のみ」と入力すると「呑み」と自然に変換する。。。
板蕎麦780円をプラス110円で1.4倍大盛りに。
板蕎麦とは、ざるではなく木で作られた長方形の浅い箱状の器に薄く均一に盛られる山形の蕎麦。
やってきました、板蕎麦。
木の枠にツヤツヤの蕎麦ぎっしり。
出汁をつけて、ずずずとかき込むと、鼻腔にひろがる蕎麦のかおり～
そして、軽快なのど越し。
爽やかな味わい！
次は、また呑み食べ放題かな
