品よく落ち着いた雰囲気のお店で、
静かな店内は居心地が良い感じです。
そばの色はやや白っぽく、
あっさりした喉越しの良い味わい。
コシと弾力はとても良く、
麺の質をじっくりと味わえます。
おだしは少し濃い目でしたが、
アッサリ目のそばとは相性がよいです。
そば湯で割っても少し濃い目だったので、
そば湯がもう少し量が多いと嬉しかったかも。
器で見せる盛りの演出も素敵で、
特に女性には、ウケるのではないでしょうか。
