板そば（880円）
蕎麦を求めてランチで訪問。テーブル席に座りメニューを確認し、シンプルに板そばをオーダー。
こちらは風光明媚な山形県は月山、鳥海山に囲まれた大蔵村最上早生のそば粉を使用しているとのことで期待が膨らむ。
正方形の木板に入った板そばが到着。蕎麦は少し平打ちの太麺で華やかな香りがふわっと広がるとともに、しっかりとしたコシがあってぷつぷつとした食感が特徴的。噛み応えが抜群で、蕎麦自体の甘味のある味わいが感じられる。
出汁つゆは鰹出汁とカエシの濃厚な旨味があり、甘味のある蕎麦との相性がよく旨い。
食べ終わりはそば湯で完食完飲。
