広島電鉄原爆ドーム前電停から徒歩2分のシャレオ(地下街)に入って割と直ぐの場所にある「羽前そば道場 極 シャレオ店」さん。
運営は株式会社フローレンス【代表取締役:小田由美子氏】
同社が運営するのは
①羽前そば道場 極 大手町店
②羽前そば道場 極 シャレオ店
の2店舗です。
外観はシャレオにあるので基本的な外壁はタイル貼りなんですけど、黄土色の土壁っぽい仕上げのモルタル、木製建具を使うなど和の雰囲気を醸し出しています。
店内は黄土色のモルタルで統一され、本格的な蕎麦屋さんぽい仕上がりです。
お店の方はホールに女性スタッフ2人、厨房にも複数人いらっしゃった様です。
お席はテーブル6席×1卓、テーブル4席×12卓、テーブル2席×3卓の合計60席となかなかの大箱です。
板そば(税込880円 )をお願いしました。
板蕎麦につゆと薬味と昆布という地味な不尽。
蕎麦の香りは殆ど感じず、コシがあると謳われてますが、寧ろ硬いという印象、しかも蕎麦が短く啜れない。
広島は蕎麦文化は弱いけど、もう少し改善策して欲しいものです。
