羽前そばというのがどんな蕎麦なのか知らなかったので、調べてみました。
山形のおそばらしい。
このお店はシャレオにあります。
飲食店が固まってたエリアがあったのですが...
なんかシャッター街みたいになってて、あまり飲食店は残ってませんでした。
シャレオ...盛り上がってませんね(；； )
で、お蕎麦です。
牡蠣そば 1540円
もう春だし牡蠣食べるのも最後かなぁ？
なんて思いつつ選んでみた。
牡蠣、大粒のブリッブリのが乗ってます。
この牡蠣が美味しかった。
お蕎麦はそばの風味が少な目だったかな
お出汁は塩気が強いなって思いました。
