以前伺った板蕎麦 香り家とほぼ同じエリアで
同じようなコンセプト(板蕎麦)をウリにするこのお店に伺いました。
お昼を過ぎていたのもあってか「ご飯モノはナシ」とのことだったので
「板蕎麦+大盛」(780円+110円)をチョイス。
待っている間、メニューを眺めていましたが
場所柄アテが多いですね。
さて待つこと数分で注文の品が運ばれてきました。
蕎麦は黒い太め、モチモチ感のある田舎風。
でもなぜかはわかりませんが1本1本がやたら短い。
箸で掴んで持ち上げてもポロポロと落ちるほどです。
汁は濃いめの甘め、味に締まり感が欲しいところ。
量は少な目、さらりとした蕎麦湯で締め。
今回の蕎麦はいろいろ不満がありましたが
アテが多いので飲みにはいいかも知れません。
