家族と久々の旅行。
子供達も大きくなるにつれて戦争があった現実とその様子をどのように感じ、思ったかを今後の成長の糧にしてほしいと思い原爆ドームや資料館に連れて行った。
まだ小学生ながらに写真などを見て悲しい気持ちになり戦争や争い事はよくないと感じたらしい。
その気持ちを忘れずにと有名な長田屋にお好み焼きを食べに来店。
さすが人気店。
開店前から100名ほど並んでる。
一巡目では入れず少し待つことに。
店員（女性）が何名かを聞きにきた。
何名様ですか？1時間はかかりますが‼️
随分と上から言ってくる奴やなと感じた。
店内の待合椅子に座り、店員にメニューを見せてほしいと言うと
出来上がりまで時間がかかるので今見ても何もできませんと意味不明返答が⁉️
何を食べるのかどんなのがあるのか知りたいだけで見てもダメなのか⁉️
どんな横柄な態度で接客するのだろう。
忙しいのはわかるが客がいての忙しさでありだからと言って横柄な態度はいかがなものかと？
1時間待つと言われたにも関わらず20分ほどで個室に案内された。
注文は定番の肉玉、デラックス、長田屋焼、牡蠣バター、炙り一夜干しホルモン。
先に牡蠣バターとホルモンが出てきて一口。
牡蠣バターは唸るほどではないがまぁ美味いかな？
ホルモンは評論家も唸るほど美味い。
一夜干しの燻製の匂いがして味も凝縮されており今まで食べたことのないホルモンだった。
持ち帰り可能か確認したが出来なかった。
お好み焼きはと言うとホルモンの衝撃が大きかったため、記憶に残らない程だった。
ただ辛口ソースは美味しくお好み焼きに合ってた。
店員の対応が横柄出なかったらもっと良かったと思う。
また来たいと思うが炙り一夜干しホルモンだけ食べて帰ろうと思うぐらい美味しかった。
