Restaurant highlights |
Okonomiyaki with soft-boiled eggs and our carefully-selected, reasonably priced Teppan-yaki are hugely popular with locals!
Delicious Okonomiyaki and Teppan-yaki are a given! What we are most proud of is our heartfelt hospitality! Come and enjoy a wonderful evening in Hiroshima at Kohinata. With that in mind, all our staff |
As I had come all the way to Hiroshima, I wanted to eat Okonomiyaki. Many famous restaurants are closed on Sundays, which is a problem, but this place was open. I enjoyed a variety of dishes, such as grilled potato salad, Okonomiyaki, and Hiroshima greens kimchi. They were all delicious and went down well with beer. The portions were quite large, but they went down easily. Finally, I had kone. It's a common cut of meat in Hiroshima. It was my first time eating it, and it had just the right amount of fat and was thinly sliced, which was great. It makes a perfect snack to go with alcohol.
