takeaway bibimbap (^3^)/
Matsuya is a major Gyudon (Beef bowl) bowl chain restaurant. This is a branch in Kamiyacho, Hiroshima. This area is a downtown area, so the store layout is not suburban with a parking lot but urban. However, since it is Hiroshima, it is a regular Gyudon (Beef bowl) Stores, not premium Gyudon (Beef bowl). So this time, I was nearby, so I took dinner home. I ordered a regular size "Bibimbap" (500 yen including tax) (^w^) Matsuya's takeaway containers are microwave-safe (a certain major Gyudon (Beef bowl) chain is not), and you can choose from two types of containers, direct serving or separate. Direct serving means that the head (ingredients and soup) is placed on top of the white rice, and the rice absorbs the soup. Separate is a separate container, and the rice does not absorb the soup even when taken home, so I chose that one (^ー^) So, this bibimbap is white rice topped with thinly sliced meat seasoned with a sweet and spicy Korean style, green onions, chopped seaweed, kimchi, kinpira burdock (?), and a soft-boiled egg.お腹いっぱいです。 English: Then, just like bibimbap, you mix it all together well and enjoy (^w^) No, I would say it's like bibimbap, but this is almost bibimbap... (^^; It's not namul, but more like a kimchi version of bibimbap. (That's why you need a spoon. Be careful not to forget to take it yourself when you take it home!) The egg makes the taste milder, so the overall level is less than medium spicy. There isn't as much meat as in Gyudon (Beef bowl), but it's a satisfying amount for a bibimbap. The crunchiness of the burdock and Chinese cabbage kimchi is great (^-^) The volume is quite large. The amount of rice is quite large because it's Gyudon (Beef bowl), but it seems that if you mix it in more than that, the volume increases with the soup and ingredients. It's delicious as it is, of course, but if you're taking it home, I think it would be even more delicious if you made it into a stone-grilled bibimbap style in a small pot. Matsuya also has a kimchi bowl called kimchi donburi, and it had a similar image to that, but the kimchi donburi is a kimchi grilled meat bowl. The bibimbap is a kimchi version of bibimbap, so they were completely different things. The bibimbap was also pretty good (^3^)/ Thank you for the meal~

Matsuya of a major Gyudon (Beef bowl) chain. This is a branch in Kamiyacho, Hiroshima. This is a city center restaurant with no parking lot, but it is in the downtown area, so it is open 24 hours a day. There are many one-person counters and two-person tables in the restaurant. When you buy a meal ticket at a ticket vending machine, the order goes through without permission, and the number of the meal ticket is displayed on the monitor. So this time, I came closer, so I brought back "beef rice (average)" for the number of people in my family. By the way, the price is as low as 400 yen including tax for one piece, but if you buy 3 or 5 more at once (exciting set), the discount will be 1100 yen and 1700 yen, respectively, and you will also get a bonus for children. In other words, the cheapest one is 340 yen including tax, which is very reasonable in this world! Another good thing about Matsuya is the take-out container. Matsuya's is microwave safe (a certain major Gyudon (Beef bowl) chain is different), and you can choose from two types of containers: direct serving or separate. A direct serving is a state in which the head (ingredients and soup) is placed on top of the white rice, and the separate is a separate container. If it is separate, the rice will not absorb the juice and the taste will not change, so it will be delicious even after a long time. So this time, I lentine a separate one and had it for dinner. It is a normal Gyudon (Beef bowl) with ultra-thinly sliced beef and onions simmered in a slightly sweet soy sauce sauce on top of white rice. But when I ate it for the first time in a long time, there was plenty of tender meat on it, and it was delicious with the seasoning of the sauce that goes well with the rice. The restaurant has a variety of toppings such as eggs, green onions, cheese, and kimchi, but the simplest Gyudon (Beef bowl) is the most delicious. Also, the volume is quite large, even if it is average. That's why it's cheap and delicious Gyudon (Beef bowl). I don't go to this branch easily, but I want to repeat it at another restaurant (^-^)
