場所は地蔵通りの末端、駅前通りとの交点あたりにある。
外観も内装もあまりお好み焼っぽくなくて、明るい喫茶店風。
店内に流れている音楽もJ-popやAmerican-popだ。
お好み焼店としては、少々音量が大き過ぎるように思うが。
焼いているのは、若いというには幾分無理があり、かといって親父というには気の毒なような男性が１人で。
接客は、もっぱらちょっとキュートな若い女性。
胸の名札に「みーな １８才」とあった。
この女性はよく気がついて、目配りも上々。なかなかに仕事熱心だ。
ちなみに男性の方は名札なし（いらないだろうけど）。
店内はカウンター（７人掛けくらい）と、２人用のテーブル（移動式）が５卓と、３人用のテーブルが１卓。
日曜日の午後０時半くらいに入店。
相客は５人家族（子どもたちはまだ小さかった）が１組、作業服の男性２人連れが１組、１人で来ている男性客という構成。
肉・玉・そば６５０円を注文。
場所柄からすれば、安めの価格設定だろう。
さて、このお店の最大の特徴は極細麺にある。
これはなかなかのもの。
一方、焼き方は、調理用のコテ（ヘラ）で、押さえつけて水分を飛ばすというもの。
ただし、生地のグルテン分が出過ぎているために、モチモチ感が強すぎると思う。
この点には改良の余地がありそうだと思うが、あるいはこれもまたこのお店の特徴か。
