今夜は、地蔵通り沿いにある、れんれんさんにお邪魔しました。
地蔵通りといっても、駅前通りとの交差点近くです。
店内は、カウンター席と小上がり席のオーソドックスな作りです。BGMはJ-POPです。やや音量が大きめでしょうか。
地元のお客さんで賑わっているれんれんさん、サントイッチマンも来店したようで、サインと写真が飾られています。
当然、店員さんが着ているTシャツは、広島魂です。
また、お好み焼のテイクアウト（デリバリー）もやっており、こちらもなかなか人気があるようです。
注文したのは、そば肉玉（６５０円）です。お冷はジョッキです。
こちらの特徴は、麺に細麺を使用していることと、キャベツなどは、ヘラで押し当てるように焼き上げるとこです。
麺の調理には、ソースと（たぶん）お酢をブレンドして下味をつけています。
このため、食した時に豊満な香りが口の中に広がり、飽きさせません。
やや小ぶりですか、美味しかったです。
次はピリ辛を食べてみようかな？
