山口から広島に戻ってきました。
ホテルにチェックインする前に最後の締めをしましょう。
締めといえばラーメンが一番に思いつきますが、広島だとやっぱりお好み焼きでしょう。
で、お好み焼きで行きたいお店があったのですが、その日は休みでした。
あてがはずれていろいろうろついてみました。
泊まる予定のホテルから繁華街の反対方向に進みました。
平和大通りの南に進み、いろいろうろつくとこちらのお店の前を通りかかりました。
黄色の提灯が派手ですね。
特にあてもないのでこちらに決めました。
お店はそれほど大きくありません。
広島のお好み焼き屋さんによくある大きな鉄板とその周りのカウンター席。
あとは座敷席になっています。
お一人様のためカウンター席に座ります。
まずは生ビールで飲み直し。
そして、お好み焼きの前に一品料理を注文です。
ミノをお願いしました。
ミノは鉄板で焼かれて、アルミホイルに載って出てきます。
生キャベツの千切りの上に炒めたミノとタマネギ、ピーマン。
タレはピリ辛で味付けされています。
歯ごたえのあるミノは旨味まずまず。
でも、どちらかというとタレの味を楽しむ食べ物ですね。
締めはシンプルに肉玉そば。
サイズは小ぶりですが、きちんと作ったお好み焼き。
オーソドックスながら、野菜の甘みとソースがからみあってまずまずいけますね。
そばのかりかり感もいい感じです。
店員さんは若い兄さん、姉さん中心で営業していました。
活気があって明るいお店ですね。
お客さんも若い人が多いようです。
地元の人に人気があるお店のようですね。
お好み焼きもあって酒の肴もある、いろいろ試しめそうなお店でした。
