広島市中区の地蔵通りに面するお好み焼き・鉄板焼き屋。
比較的広い店舗で、小上がりとカウンター席がある。
お好み焼きがメインだが、それ以外の鉄板焼きメニューも豊富。
テイクアウトやデリバリーにも対応している。自分が訪れた2020/10には、店内の客は少なかったが、テイクアウトやデリバリー向けのお好み焼きをガンガン焼いていた。
肉玉ごはん（チーズ入り）は、お好み焼きの1種。
広島風のお好み焼きだが、そばの代わりにご飯を使っているのが特徴。
広島県北ではご飯を使ったお好み焼きをB級グルメとして普及させようとしているらしいが、実際に食べたのは今回が初めて。
チーズを加えるとリゾット風になるというので、そうした。
チーズが溶け、ご飯と絡み、リゾット風とまでは言えないものの、そばとは全く異なる味わいのお好み焼きになっていた。
注文しておきながら、「ご飯はどうかね」と疑問に思っていたが、いざ食べてみると結構いけた。
