During my stay in Hiroshima, I wanted to eat sushi and visited for lunch. In a small shop with a counter and seats in the back, there was a kind general and a hard-working landlady. For lunch, the special nigiri (11 pieces, 3800 yen) and the selection nigiri (13 pieces, 4880 yen) are both simple menus with soup. In this case, I chose selection. I quenched my thirst with bottled beer (Asahi Kirin can be selected), and the first thing I was served was squid. Hidden knives and decorative knives are applied, and the meat is crispy and soft, and the careful work is delicious! I heard a voice! After that, seasonal ingredients continue from Chutoro, but all of them are delicious and make you happy when you put them in your mouth. There are two points worth mentioning, the first is the conger eel. This is not Hiroshima's famous grilled conger eel, but it melts the moment you put it in your mouth with the softness of Edo-mae boiled conger eel. And pickled tuna. The flavor and vividness of the lean meat was firmly tightened with soy sauce, and it was a very delicious nigiri with a crunchy texture. The only thing I eat with salt is that the saltiness of the material is a little strong. I just felt it, and the rest was perfect! I couldn't stand it on the way, so I ordered Japan sake (Hiroki). The tin container is also a nice point. Drinking and eating so luxuriously, and even dessert for a little over 6,000 yen per person is too cost-effective (crying) On the way back, the landlady and the landlady taught us a lot about sightseeing in Hiroshima, and it was a very enjoyable stay. When I visit Hiroshima, I always come back. Thank you for the feast!
