広島発祥の汁なし担担麺。
その中でも人気店の『キング軒』さんです。
13時を過ぎれば、いつもの行列はありません。
食券機で"3辛・ねぎトッピング・半ライス・温泉玉子"をポチッ。
ねぎで覆われた"汁なし担担麺"の登場。
まずは、タレが見えなくなるまでしっかり混ぜます。
そこへ、後かけ用に配合された卓上の山椒を振りかけ、同じく『おすすめ』と書かれた鷹の爪をオン。
完成です。
山椒の香りと痺れがたまりません。
一口ごとに追い山椒を振りかける勢い。
歯切れのいい中細麺に、甘めの醤油や肉味噌が絡んで旨味は最高潮。
続いて温泉玉子に浸けて一口。
後は丼にオン。
麵が無くなったところでライスを投入し、追い山椒に鷹の爪。
"坦坦ライス"でフィニッシュです。
この食べ方、考案した人天才です。

提供は早いです。
まずは、お決まりの30回以上の混ぜ混ぜ。
タレが無くなったのを見届けて、テーブルの挽きたて山椒をふりかけ、いただきま～す!!
ほどよい辛さと痺れが心地いい。
そして、セロリの風味と食感がこれまた爽快。
このトッピング最強かも。
途中、温泉玉子に浸けて味変。
最後は、残ったライスと温泉玉子を混ぜ入れます。
