2辛大盛り850円、ねぎ盛150円、半ライス50円、温泉卵50円の計1100円。
4月に入って値上がりです。昔は大盛りで680円でした。仕方ないですが、懐具合を考えると辛いです。
しっかり混ぜて乳化させるとまろやかになる気がします。少し醤油感が強くなった印象ですが、気のせいかもしれません。ねぎは相変わらずたっぷり増量してくれます。
痺れにくくなったのは食べ過ぎて麻痺してきたのか、香辛料の香りが弱くなったのかわかりませんが、舌への刺激はやや物足りなくなりました。SPにするべきかもしれません。
痺れる山椒を求めて

定期訪問です。久々にセロリを入れてみました。
今日はベテラン店員さん作成でとても美味しいです。セロリとネギが気前よく盛られているため体感量1.5倍でした。嬉しい限りです。
卓上の花椒は行く日によって香り痺れが違います。今回は無くなってしまったので追加補充をお願いしたため新しいものでとてもおいしかったです。

今回は山椒の香りも辛味の具合も良かったです。
いつもの方が作られる方がやはり新人さんよりも美味しいですね。手際が違うので乳化の具合や混ぜ具合が変わってきます。
ただ、卓上の花椒の香りはなかなか開店当初の切れ味に戻らないのが残念です。もっと痺れたいのですが…

開店当初から何度来たかわからないです。手広く店舗を拡大している関係で、ここで働いている人はしばらくするとどこか別の新店舗へ移動されています。そのため、作り手がその時々で違うので、最近は正直味のムラがかなりあります。今回はいつもの2辛よりも唐辛子成分が多く、タレもかなり多め。バランスもイマイチ。ネギ盛りも忘れられていました。卓上の山椒も香りが立っておらず、朝挽いたのか怪しい。持ち帰りに購入したものについてはそぼろが入っておらず、少々残念な気持ちになりました。オーナーの作る汁なしが恋しくなりました。最近では本通店でもお見かけしないので、事業拡大で忙しいのでしょうね。
山椒中毒者にはピッタリ
SP唐辛子抜き800円に半ライス50円と温玉50円。
もう何度来たのかわからないです。様々な汁なしを食べましたが、山椒の強さでここが1番好みです。店舗数も県内外にどんどん増やしています。個人的No. 1です。ただ、最近は卓上の山椒が朝挽きしなくなったのか、香りがかなり落ち気味です。ここだけが残念です。
