I also ordered a hot spring egg with 2 spicy green onion toppings. We had plenty of green onions and stirred 30 times. It wasn't that spicy, and it felt like it came on gradually. The hardness of the noodles was just right, and I didn't have any beer that day, but if there was beer, I'd drink it! After I finished eating the noodles, I put the rice in a bowl, added the sauce, vinegar, and chili pepper, and mixed it with the remaining green onions and hot spring eggs for a delicious meal. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.
