本日は広島で仕事です。お昼時間に仕事場近くの有名汁なし担担麺店に行きました。ピークタイムは過ぎていたので並ばずに入店。担担麺2辛と小ライスを注文。あっという間に着丼。壁に貼ってあった美味しい食べ方通りにして食べました。辛さはマイルドですが山椒が効いて美味しかったです。次の楽しみ方は残った汁に、ごはんを入れてタレとお酢と唐辛子と山椒を入れて混ぜ混ぜ。めっちゃくちゃ美味しい担担ライスでした。汁なし担担麺がお好きな方や辛い物がお好きな方におすすめのお店です。
