夕食を食べに近くに来た時に「リトルマーメイド 広島市役所前店」に寄ってみた。
明日の朝に食べるパンを購入しようと思って入ったのですが、
営業終了時間が近い為、パンがほとんど残っていない・・・。
選ぶ余地がないのですが、入った以上手ぶらで帰れない。
ハイジの白身魚サンド、塩パン、ハッシュドポテトを購入です。
自宅に持ち帰って、とりあえずハッシュドポテトをおつまみ代わりに食べてみた。
油ギッシュでしたが普通に食べやすく美味しい、いいおつまみとなりました。
ハイジの白身魚サンドは、次の日の朝にオーブンで温めて食べた。
パン生地が柔らかく、白身魚のフライもホカホカになり美味しく朝から食べるにはボリュームも十分ある。
塩パンは冷めた状態で食べると、フランスパンを食べているようなくらい固かった。
オーブンで温めて食べると生地の食感が柔らかくサクサクになり食べやすかった。
２階にはイートインコーナーもあるようなので、ランチは人が多そうですね。
