行こうと思っていたお店が定休日。
悲しみ( ;∀;)
でもって、近くにあったこちらのお店へ。
へんくつやといえば、知れたお店ですし安心して入店にゃ。
お昼過ぎ
混んではいないです。
カウンターに座って
キムチーズ焼きをオーダー
麺はうどん。
店主っぽい人が常連客とお話しながら焼いてくれる。
じーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーっと見る。
焼き方はいたって普通。
そこへ
「まいど！」
っと、出入り業者さんらしき方が。
手に持ってたのは袋麺のうどん。
そっかーーー。うどんはやっぱり袋麺なのね。
お好み焼きにてうどんを選ぶというマイノリティの宿命。
そばを選んだら生麺とかでやってもらえても、うどんだとそうはならない。
慣れてるし、それでもうどん派なのだ―――――！

鉄板＆コテで頂きます。
キムチとチーズの味、しっかりあります。
ソースもしっかりで、味は全体的に濃いめ。
美味し～い(*‘ω‘ *)
けど、味濃いと素材感が薄くなるから後半飽きてくるにゃぁ。
店主と話のはずんでた常連っぽい方が帰ってしまって
そしたら店主は奥へひっこんでしまった
おおぅ……ホールのお姉さんがいるけど
私はホッタラカシでいいのねん…ちょっと寂しいな
