普段平日に旅行するものですから、ゴールデンウィークにご当地名物はかなり並びますね。
お昼でも夜でもない時間に行きましたが、1時間弱並びました。
広島焼きも普通に美味しいです。
うどんとそばが選べますが、両方食べた結果やはり
そばだなと個人的な感想。
たくさんオーダーが入る中、作り手の方は何個も何個も手際よく作っていました。
カウンター席だったので見入ってしまいました。
