お店の前を通るとここが営業中。
お昼に開いてるのは珍しいと思うので行ってみる事に。
こういうパターンって行かなきゃ損って思ってしまうのは自分だけ？
へんくつやといえば個人的にパルコ近くの新天地公園の印象が強いが、実は大手町三丁目にもある。
まぜ麵のおっくん堂の近所で同業種のこひなたの隣位では。
お店の前には大きなバックパックが。
これは外国人がいるなと予想するのは容易だがｗ意外と日本人もいる。
ヘラで直接食べていないので県外の方だろうとも予想が出来る。
それはさておき注文したのはそば肉玉850円+玉子W100円。
知名度の高いお店ではお安めだろう。
結構な枚数を焼いていたのでこれはかなり待つのではと予想。
特徴的なのはふみちゃんみたいに茹でた麵を鉄板に広げる。
蒸し焼きのような仕上げで驚いたのは広げた麺をヘラでカットしている事。
あっ、そうか。
お好み焼きは麺はすすらないから確かにカットしても影響はないのかなと。
そんなかんなで到着は27分と約30分。
全体に柔目でメリハリこそないが旨味が効いて割と美味しい。
ソースがちょっと多めだけどｗどこのソースなんだろう？
ソースといい仕上げ方といいうどんの方が相性が良い気がする。
良いけど30分待つなら難しいかな。
あと外国人が多いのにキャッシュレス決済に対応していないのも意外。
現金オンリー。
ちょっとした機会損失な気がする。
