Actually, I've been at this restaurant for two weeks in a row (^^) Schweinehakse is a dish of pork shank that is simmered until tender and then grilled in the oven until golden brown. Served with sauce, it's very delicious! German draft beer is on the way. Usually I go for one draft beer with shochu and soda, but at this store you can drink three 500ml draft beers!
