広島市中区の平和大通りに面したフレンチレストラン。
レストランというとフロアスタッフが女性が占めているのが殆どだが、同店ではフロアスタッフが男性が多い。
店舗スペースはそう広くはないが、席数は多い（テーブルの間隔が少々狭い）。
ランチ営業もある。
プリフィックスランチは、ランチの1種。
前菜、メイン、デザート、バケット、ドリンクから成る。いずれも、数種類から選べ、組み合わせは無限。追加料金が必要なメニューもある。
今回、前菜にサーモンのカルパッチョサラダ 春雨ジェノヴァソース、メインに仔羊のグリエ オリエンタルソース、デザートは330円追加してブルドッきゅん、バケットはガーリックトースト、ドリンクはカフェオレにした。
前菜のサーモンのカルパッチョサラダ 春雨ジェノヴァソースは、サーモンがたっぷり乗ったサラダ。サーモン一切れ一切れは、下手な回転寿司のネタより大きく、食べ応えが。
メインの仔羊のグリエは、仔羊の肉が温野菜共に提供された。柔らかく、とろける食感は仔羊ならでは。臭みも無く、美味しくいただけた。人気メニューらしく、オーダーを取る声を何度も聞いた。
ブルドッきゅんは、デザートの1種。固めの、まろやかなチョコレートムース。安眠するブルドッグを模っていて、物凄くリアルで、芸の細かい造形。あまりにの可愛いさで、食べるのを躊躇う。自分もそうだが、大抵の人は後ろ足から頭に向かって食べていった。何故か花火と共に提供される。
毎日数量限定なので、必ず食べられる訳ではない。
