広電袋町停留所近く。
平和記念公園から程近い大手町にある炭火ダイニング(居酒屋)です。
大手町と言っても東京の大手町じゃないですわー
基本的にホテルでは飯を食わずに夕食とお酒はいつも近隣の飲食店で楽しむ事にしてるので今回もそんな流れです。
たまたまお店を探しつつも、何だか直感的に良い！と感じるものがあってすかさず入店。
時間も早かったので、お客さんは私ひとりでしたw
目の前に鉄板があるカウンターに座り…何だか一人なので落ち着かなくてソワソワしていたんだけど、ホールスタッフの女性や鉄板の前で笑顔で調理している店主さん(かな？)
良い感じに対応してくれて、一瞬にして居心地の良い雰囲気に癒されましたよ。
メインとしては馬刺や馬肉を焼いた料理がウリらしいですが、今回はあえて個人的に広島の食べ物としてイメージするやつを何品か注文した。

一口食べて『ほっぺたが落ちる』とはこの事を言うのだろう…なんて～いやぁなんて表現したら良いのやら(@_@)
穴子って普通、関東では煮たり焼いたりするけれど穴子の刺身はそれだけで関東人にしてみればレアです。
穴子は身は小ぶりで(と言うか穴子の個体がそういうものだろ)なので、箸でちょこんと摘まむ感じですが、食べた瞬間に身の旨味が口の中に直球できました。
何？この美味しい刺身は…えぇ～(゜ロ゜;
しかも穴子独特の匂いなんて全く無く、ただただ新鮮で美味しい。
●馬コロッケ●

自家製コロッケのようです。
大きいサイズのコロッケを1/2カットして提供されました。
揚げたてサクサク～
いや、そんな事よりもネットリとしたジャガイモのベースに大きめにカットされた馬肉が含まれており、普段食べてるような豚肉ミンチ少量のコロッケとは別格のやつでした。
変に油っこくなくて、でもお酒が進んじゃますよー。

私、普段は日本酒ってあまり飲まないんですが、こういう場所に来たら地酒を飲まないで帰るなんて後悔しますので注文したやつです。
地酒メニューを観つつもスマホで

なんて、ググったりしてましたが、ホール担当の女性店員さんの粋な計らい？で、私の好みを伝えたら、広島の地酒に詳しい他の店員さんと作戦会議w
そして、オススメしてきたのが美和桜です。
おぉ、味のバランスが良いですよー
癖は無いです。

もっと飲み食いした感あったけど～
正味1時間ほどの滞在でしたが、美味しく楽しい時間を堪能できました！
