広島市中区にあるパスタ専門店鎌倉パスタの店舗の一つ。
サンマルクによる事業の一つ。
生パスタによる料理を提供する。
直ぐ隣に、同じくサンマルクの店サンマルクカフェがある。
店舗は狭くはないが、物凄く広い訳でもない。
テーブル席、カウンター席がある。
営業時間は11時から22時。
当店ではフェトチーネも提供しているので、それを注文。
そうしたら、直後に「フェトチーネは切れてます」と言われてしまった。
提供出来ないのだったら、席に着いた時点で教えてもらいたかった。そうすれば、メニューを開く前にそれを選択肢から外していただろう（自分の事もあってか、他の客には席に着いた時点で告げていた）。一旦決めた後、また別のを選ばざるを得ないのは、気持ちの良いものではない。
一日に作れる自家製パスタの量に限界がある個人経営の店ならともかく、パスタ専門店を豪語するチェーン店でパスタを切らすのは、納得がいかない。パスタは店内で一から作っているのではなかろうし。時間が遅かったならともかく、夕食時間としてはまだ早い時間帯だった。この日はずっとフェトチーネを切らしていたのかね。
客単価が比較的高いチェーン店なのだから、それなりの体制は整えてもらいたい。
