Last time, I wanted to have lunch at "Hanmi-ya Takanohashi Branch", but I was tempted by the cheap set meals at the restaurant next door and couldn't make it. This time, I didn't look back and came straight to this restaurant. When I entered the restaurant, I was told to sit wherever I wanted, so I sat away from the other customers. There were five tables and six seats at the counter. There were four types of lunch menu: Sundubu Jjigae 800 yen, Stone-grilled Bibimbap 880 yen, Gochujang Pork Bulgogi 880 yen, and Seolleongtang (beef bone soup) 850 yen. Of these, Gochujang Pork Bulgogi seems to be the most filling. However, recently, I've been eating pork almost every day... So I ordered Seolleongtang, which seemed the lightest. After waiting for eight minutes, the Seolleongtang was ready. It was Seolleongtang, rice, a little salad, and kakuteki. It was a bit sad in terms of content. And the Seolleongtang was boiling. You can see how it's boiling in the picture, but it's extremely hot and dangerously hot... For now, I'll eat the salad and kimchi first and wait for it to cool down, but it's not a very useful strategy for me, who eats quickly. I'll make up my mind and go for the frontal attack. I scoop up the extremely hot seolleongtang with a spoon and blow on it to cool it down. It's still hot, but I can just about eat it. The soup is salty with the flavor of beef bones and is quite tasty. The ingredients are green onions, beef, and something like Maroni-chan? The beef has a different texture than the cuts you normally eat. In my opinion, it feels like beef cheek meat. Seolleongtang is light, so it might be good when you don't have much of an appetite? If you have a sensitive tongue, wait a while before eating it, and be careful not to burn your tongue. Seolleongtang is not satisfying as a set meal, but it tasted good.
