今夜はTのS君がハンターSとして久々にハンター組に戻ってきました。かっこふたり
今日は朝からゴルフと言えないゴルフをして かっこ下手くそ 絶望的に疲れました。
その最悪なメンタルを達しているお好みと接客が癒してくれました。
店主の焼きと接客の真剣さ気に入りました。
味付けを小刻みにしてパイタンスープとガーリック風味を効かしたパリもち麺のコンビネーション
長田屋仕込みのお好み焼きはまずまずでした。出汁、スープを活用するお好み焼きはある意味キャベツの自然蒸らしの特性を邪魔してしまう懸念もあるので難しいのかなと思ってましたが充分にクリアした美味しいお好み焼きではありました。が特別図抜けたものも感じられませんでした。
店内は入ってメイン鉄板で食べられるし奥行きも色々部屋があるようで繁盛店になりつつある気配でした。他の串焼きなど料理も充実してるようです。
大手町は大手町でも中電病院側の夜の大手町激戦区ではありません。
