This is the restaurant we visited on the first night of our trip to Hiroshima Unfortunately, we lost the match, but we were looking for a restaurant that mainly sells Hiroshima alcohol and ended up here. It's a little out of the way, but it's about 2 stops from the hotel on the streetcar, so it's easy to walk. When I arrived at the restaurant, I had a beer and looked at the sake menu, and there were a few sake breweries I didn't know about.Assorted sashimi, tofu, yuba, and Hiroshima pickled vegetables. I ordered a salad (I forgot to take a photo) for starters. The appetizer came with bamboo shoots and menma and sake.It seems to be Red Turtle, so I probably didn't need beer.First of all, the sashimi was delicious, and I think it would be better to pair it with sake. It was good. The texture of the Hiroshima pickled vegetables was very interesting.Afterwards, when I ordered sake, I asked for a recommendation, and the person sitting next to me had made doburoku, which was on the menu. For some reason, I tried wine first. I overheard that they were making sake, but they couldn't bottle it unless they made it in large quantities, but it seems that they quit their jobs to revive their family's sake brewery, which went out of business, and they have a license to make doburoku and sake. Apparently, they can only make Doburoku now. When I taste it, it's refreshing and very easy to drink, with a nice hint of sourness. Fukumitsu Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. https://www.facebook.com/oasa.asahikari https:/ /www.instagram.com/oasa.asahikari?igsh=MWkwNTNmdTM5d3E5eA== After that, I added Gansu and Unihoren that I was interested in, and I also became interested in Japanese sake. The Yahatagawa ran out halfway through, and I was able to get a taste of the new sake. Nsu is a type of fish paste that is breaded and fried, but it has an interesting texture and taste and is delicious. The Fukucho that I received from Recommendation went really well with the sea urchin horen, and I continued to drink what my neighbor was drinking. I received it at `` Oyster festival and showed them the drinks I drank, it seemed like the lineup would be easy for the eventers to imagine (lol).A heavenly treasure that is not on the menu, made from the last part of the Japanese sake called Seme. I also had a drink of Ichi, and this is a delicious sake with a good flavor and a refreshing finish.Let's finish off with soupless dandan noodles and red perilla sour. That's what I thought, but it was so delicious that I felt like the leftover sauce was a waste, and when I added rice, it came with vinegar and dashi stock, which was also the perfect way to end the dish.Soupless tandan noodles are a must-have set. I think so.Finally, when I asked about the origin of the store's name, I was told that before opening this store, it was originally a stage lighting business.I would recommend it to anyone going on an expedition next year.
