広島ですが、鹿児島の地鶏を頂くがコレが当たり！鶏肉の旨味が溢れてる弾力も凄いです！
◯窯焼きピッツァパーネ
生地に塩が練り込んであるのか？味がしっかりとしてますし、オリーブオイルとチーズと食べても美味い！2人で1個ぐらいの量と言われましたが1人で楽々食べれる美味しさです！
◯イサキのアクアパッツァ
イサキの旨味が溶け込んでますし、アサリとムール貝の出汁がイサキの身に染み込んでおりGOODです！
