I made and drank it freely. I had two different syrups to choose from, so I chose ``Vinegar Pomegranate'' and ``Muscat''. The staff placed the offal on a grill and explained how to grill it. The sauce is lemon, soy sauce, and miso, and is generously dipped in the grilled offal. I could eat as much of the Korikori Horumon as I wanted, and although I wasn't familiar with the miso sauce, it was delicious. I was able to drink enough so I was out in 60 minutes.
