I went to an unknown shop that opened 7 months ago. It is located on Otemachi 3-chome near Chuden-mae Station on the Hiroden line, and is a very competitive area during the day. It's next to Hana Sansho, which has recently been converted into a Ramen shop. There used to be Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) called Oyajiya, and the capacity is quite large. Lunch was only served until 1:30 pm, so I didn't have much of a chance, but today it was 1:00 pm, so I visited. The daily lunch special ``Ko-chan Set'' consisted of fried rice and mapo tofu, so I thought, ``This is it!'' But it turned out to be a Gyoza / Dumpling restaurant. Since this was the first report, I ordered Gyoza / Dumpling set meal for 780 yen. A large serving of rice is free, so get a large serving. Although I was the only customer, I arrived in 12 minutes. I was expecting it to be freshly made, but when I tried it, it wasn't. It seems like it takes a long time to wait for the fried Gyoza / Dumpling, but for some reason the fried Gyoza / Dumpling is at a normal temperature. The feathers are not bad and noticeable, but the finish is not noteworthy. In fact, the soup Gyoza / Dumpling were large and tasted like Xiaolongbao with soup, which was good. However, I think it would be even more delicious if it was served piping hot. There was also Ramen, but the lunch content made me wonder if it would be good.
