Western-style Teppan Dinning HINATA is a 6-minute walk from the Hiroshima Electric Railway Chuden-mae stop. Opened in 2012, we have a staff of three: the owner and his wife, and one female staff member. The exterior is based on a private house, but it has a stylish appearance with white walls, a design that makes use of uneven surfaces, and a dark brown door as an accent. The interior of the restaurant has a harmonious combination of white walls, dark brown floors, and furniture, creating a calm atmosphere. BGM is JAZZ. There are 14 seats in total: 6 at the counter, 1 x 4 tables, and 2 x 2 tables. I ordered the US Sagari cut Steak (1,300 yen including tax). ①US Sagari cut Steak, spread with bean sprouts ②Lettuce, red cabbage, tomato, and cucumber salad ③White rice ④Miso soup Drinks (set drink) ①HOT coffee ①US Sagari cut Steak A muscle attached to the diaphragm and part of the lumbar vertebrae. The meat is lean and has a rich flavor, typical of US beef. I get the impression that it's a good price, but I feel like there's a lot of meat juice or dripping. It was a feast.
