At first, I thought I would eat Ramen at another restaurant, but it seems that it closed earlier than planned. My head was in the mode of wanting Ramen, so I searched for Ramen restaurants in the area on Tabelog. I wasn't in the mood for dry tantanmen, so I chose this one. Looking at Tabelog reviews, there are mixed opinions? lol Some say it's soy sauce spicy, some say it's strong, some say it's salty. Well, let's go. It was around 20:30 on a weekday and there were no customers. I was alone and used the spacious counter seat for two. I recommend the 5th spicy level for the Garaku Ramen. When I ordered a boiled egg, they kindly told me that it came with Ramen. By the way, someone else had written that... I was hungry, so I ordered a fried chicken set (white rice + 2 fried chicken pieces) and a highball! Soon, Ramen was placed on the counter. The soup was quite red, so is it quite spicy...? I took a sip of the soup with Renge. Yes, the miso base was well flavored with sesame, and the spiciness was exquisite and delicious! I also like the noodles. The thinly sliced spring onions were a nice accent and well-balanced, weren't they? The fried chicken was delicious as usual. I wanted to put the rice in the remaining soup, but I thought it would be dangerous to drink up the soup, so I just ate the rice as usual. Well, maybe because I didn't have high expectations (sorry), it was much more delicious than I expected! I'll definitely come back! Thank you for the meal!
