広島と言えば汁なし担々麺。
担担麺が正式なのかな？

3辛でオーダー。
めちゃくちゃシンプルな担担麺。
着丼したら素早く混ぜる。
濃厚な胡麻ダレと自家製辣油、八角などの中華系スパイスの香りがとても刺激的で良き。
あとは自分で卓上の山椒で好みの味に仕上げていきます。
山椒の種類がめちゃくちゃ豊富でとりあえず一種類ずつかけてみた。
これ山椒好きには堪らない山椒バイキング！
かけすぎてめちゃくちゃ辛くなってきたのでお酢かけたらまろやかに。
箸休め的なセロリTPが良かった。
麺も低加水細麺で好きなやつでした。
連食じゃなければライスまで食べたかったな。
