「２０１８ ミシュランガイド 広島 愛媛 特別版」 でビブグルマンとして紹介されているお店です。
こちらも一度行ってみたかったお店です、お昼のランチで行ってみたかったのですがなかなか行く機会がなく、たまたま近くを通った夜に行ってみる事にしました。

はじめの一杯はこちらから。
・色々盛り合わせてもらいました。
パンとチーズがおいしかったです。
・カリフラワーのババロアと海の幸
見た目も鮮やかできれいな一皿が出てきました。
カリフラワーをはじめカブなどの野菜と魚介類が使われそれにクリーミーなババロアが良かったです。

・本日のパスタ
トマトソースベースで穴子も使っているピリ辛のパスタでしたがこれがとてもおいしかったです、ピリ辛と書きましたがどちらかというとハッキリ辛い味付けでした。
私は辛いのが好きなので丁度良かったのですが辛いのが苦手な方には向いていない感じ。
（辛い物が好きか確認して作ってくれました）
この日店主に聞いたお話では近いうちに営業スタイルを変えるそうです。
「カウンター席のみアラカルト対応」とし、「テーブル席はすべてコース料理」にする予定だそうです。
食べて欲しい物を作る為にはコースにしないと無理なので変更することに決断されたようです。
＊お昼のメニューもかなり変更されているようです。
