前回食べた辛い尾道ラーメンが苦手だったのでノーマルをいただきに。
食券での提供なので現金のみ。
注文したのは尾道ラーメン680円+大盛り110円。
スープは魚介系に醤油と背脂の甘味でバランスは良いと思う。
辛い尾道ラーメンは唐辛子が勝ちすぎてほぼ唐辛子と背脂のラーメンって感じなので、ノーマルの方が大分良い。
ただ背脂と化調で大盛りを食べきるのは結構キツイ。
が、平打ちの細麺は割と好み。
タマゴがあれば嬉しいが、今度はもやしなど別のトッピングでいただこう。
