広島電鉄中電前電停から徒歩2分、日本経済新聞の広島支店のあるビルの地下にある「地下の和食酒場 GOTENPO(ごてんぽ)」さん。
2019年開業、店主:川金陽進氏。
辻調理専門学校の日本料理講師から独立創業。
店主さんと女性スタッフ1人と男性スタッフ1人の3名体制。
店内装飾は木材を使い落ち着いた雰囲気。
カウンター6席、テーブル4席×5卓、テーブル2席×2卓の合計30席。
ランチタイム(営業は火・水・木のみ)に訪問し、複数の主菜から2つ選べる日替り定食(税込850円)をお願いしました。
この日は
A.お刺身盛り合わせ
B.海老の天ぷら
C.豚ばら肉柚子胡椒焼き
D.筑前煮
から2つ選べるということでしたのでAとDをお願いしました。
定食の組合せは
①お刺身盛り合わせ【勘八と鱸】
②筑前煮
③野菜サラダ
④シーチキン入りポテトサラダ
⑤白ご飯
⑥お味噌汁
⑦お漬け物(セルフ)
となりました。
このお値段で色々ある上にお刺身があるのは有難いのですが、身が薄く少しモヤモヤが残ってしまいました。
クオリティまで求めるのは贅沢が過ぎるのかも知れませんね。
