I've always wanted to go here. Lunch is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and last order is 1:30 p.m., so the timing is pretty good. Simmons bedding is also available on the 1st floor of the building next to Dormy Inn Hiroshima along Heiwa Boulevard that houses the Nihon Keizai Shimbun. It might be easier to find it on the opposite side of the ANA Crown (All Nippon Airways) Hotel. Located on the 1st basement floor, this place has been a restaurant for quite some time. I have no hesitation in entering the store since I have used it in the past. Lunch is 850 yen and you can choose 2 items from 4 types. Since the sashimi was out of stock, the other fish was mackerel simmered in miso. I wasn't in the mood for that, so I ordered chicken tempura and pork grilled with yuzu pepper, which arrived in about 10 minutes. The salad is refreshing and has a lot of meat, which helps lol.The miso soup is surprisingly strong and I can still taste the side dishes, but I think the soup should be a little more modest. I'm glad it's a large amount though. The two main dishes both had the feel of side dishes, but were soft, fragrant, and delicious. You can get free refills of rice and pickles, so I'd like to come back here again. By the way, it's underground so cell phone reception is poor. I can't even look at my phone, so I thought I'd look at the evening menu until I arrived, but when I opened it up, there was a spreadsheet with information about WI-FI.The lunch people had to wait 10 minutes, so I didn't want to use my phone. Since I can't edit it, I'll list it here, but there are many payment methods. It is quick to view photos, but in addition to credit cards, it also supports various QR code payments such as PayPay, Merpay, D Payment, and Rakuten Pay. I'm grateful for this.
