オムライス＆ハンバーグ（1,485円）
ランチで訪問。ランチタイムのピークを過ぎた時間帯だが店内は混雑しており、テーブルは満席なためカウンターに座りメニューを確認。
日替りランチ（ポークカツトマトソース）や目玉焼きハンバーグ、オムライスのラインナップがある中、オムライスとハンバーグが同時に楽しめるオムライス＆ハンバーグをオーダー。サラダとスープ付き。
厨房の様子が伺えたため少し調理状況を見ていると、手際の良さに圧倒されオムライスとハンバーグという手の込んだメニューにも関わらず、オーダーして３分程であっという間に到着。早い。
ハンバーグはハード系のしっかり焼きタイプだが、中から肉汁がジュワッと溢れ、肉の旨味が広がるとともに粗めの挽き肉の食感が良く堪らなく旨い。
オムライスは卵がふわふわで、お皿を置いた振動でプルプルしおり、スッとナイフを入れると花が咲く様に左右にふわっと広がる。絶妙な火加減が最高。
薄めのケチャップライスはそのままだとあっさりとした味わいだが、ハンバーグのデミグラスソースを合わせると、卵に閉じ込められたバターの味わいと同時にデミグラスの濃厚なコクと程よい酸味が絶妙にマッチして抜群のおいしさ。この組み合わせは最高で、ボリュームもあって大満足。
