It's cherry blossom season, so the cherry blossom snapper is the star of the show. The sashimi and sea urchin were very delicious. The thickness of the sea bream sashimi is perfect. The umami is amplified when you eat it wrapped around sea urchin. It was the best cherry blossom snapper. Another cherry blossom snapper dish is Sakuramushi. Domyoji powder is wrapped in sea bream, wrapped in cherry leaves and steamed. It looks and tastes like spring in full bloom. Anyway, seasonal ingredients come out one after another. The delicious seasonal ingredients are further enhanced in taste. A variety of wonderful dishes are served, including Wajima lacquerware. The clam bowl was really delicious. The clams were quite large. The Wajima lacquerware lacquerware lacquerware of the 53 Stations of the Tokaido was also beautiful. The hiragana shells were well cut and had a fresh texture that I had never had before. The Higashihiroshima Koi Jidori chicken had a wonderful bite. The proprietress was extremely considerate, showing me the ingredients and explaining them to me.
