Opened in May 2019. This is a restaurant where nuts are used in all of the dishes.The colors inside the restaurant are simple and the atmosphere is a little cool.◽My grandma loves it too. Neapolitan (980 yen) [comes with soup, salad, and baguette] The first thing you notice is the sweetness. However, there is a richness and depth to it. It has an interesting taste. It has a strong flavor, but it is strangely not heavy. The noodles are very chewy, so you can feel like eating them. I don't think the nuts are really intertwined with the food. Although it serves as an accent to the texture, this restaurant seems to have a high percentage of women.
