I took the opportunity to make a reservation for the `` Medicinal Food Course'' for 5,500 yen. I looked past them and went to the round table in the semi-private room in the back. Drinks range from standard ones to Shaoxing wine (5 types ranging from 5 years old to 15 years old brewed) and medicinal wine. And all of them are relatively inexpensive. However, the choice is beer... The course starts with ``hors d'oeuvres''. You will be overwhelmed by the volume and luxury of dishes such as Century egg, steamed chicken, and fried shrimp. This alone is enough for two beers! Stir-fried clams with soup and the aroma of bean drums and the spiciness of bean sauce go well with beer. Yes, beer refill. And the main dish is "Sacha Hot pot". The soup is slowly simmered in front of you. The proprietress waits until it's ready and serves it to you. With a delicate taste packed with umami, this is a Medicinal Food soup with an endless loop. Chinese herbal medicine rushes through your body!! Ramen (thin noodles) added to the remaining soup at the end is also exquisite. *You can also choose vermicelli.
