ロースカツ定食（1,300円）
とんかつが食べたくてランチで訪問。テーブル席に座りロースカツ定食をレギュラーサイズ（120g）でオーダー。ご飯と味噌汁とキャベツはお代わり自由。
カツは薄めで色白な見た目。衣はきめ細やかでサクッと言うよりはカリッとした食感。シンプルに肉の旨味を味わえて旨い。
こちらのお店の特徴はカツに合わせる秘伝のタレとのことで、大根おろしにうずらの卵と醤油をベースにした出汁を混ぜ合わせた秘伝ダレにカツを浸す。少し浸すと衣はカリッとしたままだが、充分に浸すと柔らかな食感が合わさってハーモニーが最高。卓上の追い秘伝ダレを入れると濃厚な味わいになりご飯が抜群に進む。通常のとんかつソースや塩もあり食べ方の選択肢がチョイスできるのが嬉しい。ソースは少し酸味が強くあっさりとした味わい。
キャベツがとてもフレッシュでみずみずしく、シャキ感も半端なくて秘伝ダレとの相性もいい。
秘伝ダレは大根おろしとうずらの卵に合わせているがそのままカツにつけても旨い。
