これは良いねー。大根おろしの入ったつけだれが旨い
トンカツは塩で食べる派なので、塩をもらったら普通の塩だった。塩こそ肉の旨みも衣のサクサク感も感じられますからね。そういう意味ではカツの味は旨いけど普通かな？
このつけだれに合わせてあるのかな？？つけだれはカツもキャベツも浸すと旨い
旨いけど高いかな。これで1600円かぁ。
おかわり無しで1000円、ありで1200円ならよいかな？？

普段は夕食にコメは食べませんが、昨日は食べたくなったのでこちらにIN
2回目ですが、この専用タレはトンカツにあいますね。衣のサクサク感と肉の旨みを感じたいので基本的にトンカツは塩。ソースに浸すと衣がべっちょりし、肉の旨みも消えるからです。
その点、こちらの専用ツケダレはトンカツにピッタリ。浸すことを前提に衣を少し堅くあげてるのかな？？
肉の旨みも引き出すタレも最高ですね。
