RIDE KITCHENのバーガー
広島市中区にある飲食店。
「雷努厨房」とも表記するらしい。
内外共にアメリカンな雰囲気の店。
店内は奥行きがあり、手前がカウンター席、奥がテーブル席になっている。
提供する料理も、ハンバーガーやロコモコなど、アメリカンなのが多いが、チャーハンや親子丼など、日本では御馴染みの料理も提供。
夜系の店とあって、アルコール類が充実している。
RIDEバーガーは、当店が提供するバーガーの1種。
いわゆる全部乗せの手作りバーガー。
バンズの間に、パティ、玉子、ベーコン、チーズ、レタス、トマトを挟んでいる。佐世保バーガーに近い感じ。
大きさはぶっ飛ぶ程ではないが、その代わり掴み易く、食べ易い。
思い切り大きいハンバーガーも悪くはないが、食べ易さを考えると程々の大きさが良い様である。
といっても、大手ハンバーガーチェーンのどのハンバーガーよりもボリュームがあり、しかも見た目も良い。具のバランスも良く、一体化していた。
こういうハンバーガーを食べてしまうと、ファストフードチェーンのを食べるのが馬鹿馬鹿しくなってしまう（と言いつつも食べるのだろうが）。

プーティンは、サイドメニューの1種。
カナダ発祥のB級グルメ。
といっても、フライドポテトにグレービーソースを掛けた、というもの。
ロシア大領領っぽい料理名だが、スペルは「poutine」で、ロシア大統領のPutinとは無関係。
フライドポテトが結構大量に提供されるので、これだけでメインになってしまう。
ガンボスープは、サイドメニューの1種。
アメリカ合衆国ルイジアナ州発祥のスープ。
本来は濃いスープストック、肉または甲殻類、とろみ成分、及び野菜（セロリ、ピーマン、タマネギ）で構成されるが、同店のは日本風に若干アレンジされている様子で、肉類や甲殻類は入っていなかった。とろみが強いミネストローネ、といった感じ。
